Vat Overfill Protection
We received independent certificates from Technische Uberwachungverein for vat overfill protection. Therefore reducing production costs as there is now now need for two independent systems. The gauge we use can now replace the traditional high level alarm that is normally used.
Using our vat overfill protection will also have benefits environmentally and economically as the protection device reduces the amount of spillage to zero. Vatradar have strived to present our clients with overfill alarms that are safe and the pinnacle in reliability, the systems require no calibration whatsoever and you never have to perform the usual manual tests on a regular basis either.
Our Vat Radar has been designed by top engineers to be absolutely fail safe. The output that comes from the high level alarms tend to be energised but will become deactivated whenever an alarm is tripped. An alarm will sound from the vat overfill if at anytime there is a fault with the measurement equipment, or any of the internal hardware or software fails.
